Job Description

The Cameron Field Specialists I is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery.

* Attain excellence in learning and competency events.
* Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment.
* Mentor others as required.
* Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
* Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services.
* Perform a variety of key tasks associated with site operations and rigging up/down of Cameron equipment and tools.
* Ensuring, as the Cameron representative, that the job goes as planned.
* Installing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing wellheads and valves per equipment specifications
* Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.
* Collaborating with sales, production, and engineering on products and installation issues to include process, spares parts, and fit and function.
* Communicating problems and issues with the job site leader.
* Preparing service tickets in a timely manner, per the guidelines.Maintaining responsibility for the safety of yourself and others, including reporting of all work-related injuries, near misses, equipment damage, and unsafe acts as soon as practicable to supervisor or senior technician.
* Advising customers on repair and replacement options and costs of standard products.
* Being a liaison between company sales, production, and engineering personnel and customers on product and product installation issues, including, but not limited to, job procedures, spare parts, and fit.
* Physical demands include: using hands, fingers, climbing ladders or stairs, kneeling, bending, regularly lift or move 20lbs and occasionally 50lbs, and work in all types of weather.
* Other duties may be assigned.

Hse Requirements

* Maintain and wear required PPE
* Perform JSA and update as scope changes to safely manage changes in operations
* Perform safety observations and interventions
* Responsible for safety of self and others including reporting of all work-related injuries, near misses, equipment damage and unsafe acts as soon as practical to manager/supervisor.
* HS Diploma required/GED, technical degree preferred.
* Mechanically Inclined/Adept.
* 1+ years of Oil @ Gas or related industry experience.
* 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance/technician field role.
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
* Basic computer skills.
* Attention to detail when completing paperwork.
